TISCO Successfully Developed A New Type of Stainless Steel Material for Heat Exchanger

Recently, 112 sets of heat exchangers made from the newest stainless materials , the delivery of domestic hot water supplying system is installed. It’s from Shanghai TongHua Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel Engineering Co. Ltd. at the Shanghai international financial center, This batch of heat exchanger components all adopt the latest development of TISCO stainless steel high grade model. This is the kind of products in the domestic hot water supply system in the first batch of application.

Ltd. reached new materials R& D and production cooperation in September 2016. After just two months,TISCO R & D team in materials manufacturing, molding, welding and other break through in a series of key technology. First successfully researched and developed of new stainless steel materials for heat exchangers in China. The upgrade of traditional nickel stainless steel material was realized.

Compared with traditional materials, the new type of TISCO stainless steel materials for heat exchangers with high strength, seismic pressure resistance and impact resistance with better performance and higher thermal conductivity, longer life cycle.At the same time, because it does not contain precious nickel metal, cost-effective also higher, is a typical green products.The new materials are praised by customers.
